All in stock items will ship within 5 days of purchase from Guatemala through our shipping partner UTZ Box. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation, and once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
All custom items will take 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. Specific duration is stated in the notes for each product.
Our base shipping price for International Orders is $25.00.
International customers are responsible for all import and customs fees associated with their
country.
Solo Buenas Vibras is not liable for unpaid customs fees or returned items.
Please note that all Custom and Sale or Promo Code items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
For all other items:
We want you to have only good vibes with your purchase from Solo Buenas Vibras. We will happily accept unused or defective merchandise for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
If you need to return an item:

Once received, we’ll send an email with instructions for your return.
We will credit your original form of payment for returns.
Anything purchased on the site using a promo code or purchased on sale will be considered a final sale item and will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Our Solo Buenas Vibras items are handmade and should be handled with care. All huipil and cotton clothing can be hand-washed with delicate organic detergent and hung to dry in the shade.
